7:00 a.m.: Arrival and installation of competition products and Fair products in the appropriate stands;
8:30 a.m.: Start of the sale of Fair products;
10:00 a.m.: End of various installations and closing of the fair village at the entrance of the products;
11:00 a.m.: Release of competition stands by exhibitors;
11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Rating of products by jury members;
3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Counting and filling of the Participation and Honorary Diplomas by the Technical Commission.


II- DAY OF Tuesday, DECEMBER 22, 2020

8:30 a.m.: Arrival of Regional Delegates and similar;
8:45 a.m.: Arrival of the Mayors of BAFOUSSAM 1st, 2nd and 3rd;
9:00 a.m.: Arrival of the Sub-prefects of BAFOUSSAM 1st, 2nd and 3rd;
9:15 a.m.: Arrival of Parliamentarians;
9:30 am: Arrival of the Mayor of the city of BAFOUSSAM
9:45 am: Arrival of the MINADER delegation
9:55 am Arrival of the Prefects of the Region;
